  2. TO ENTER: All interested participants must log on to HFSGameFaces.com and register on the site to be eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. Participants are required to complete the physical challenges in order to be eligible to win the sweepstakes. CSL Behring LLC ("Sponsor"), 1020 First Avenue, P.O. Box 61501, King of Prussia, PA 19406-0901, is not responsible for any error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in any transmission or communication; for theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of entries; and for failure of any telephone lines or network traffic congestion on the internet, or at any website, or for any other technical problem including but not limited to, any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from downloading or copying materials in this promotion.
  3. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING & PRIZES: Grand prize is a Nintendo® Wii™ Gaming System. Approximate retail value: $300.00. One (1) potential Grand Prize winner, for a total of four (4) Grand Prize winners, will be randomly selected from among all eligible entries received during each applicable Entry Period (as set forth below) with the first drawing on or about 11/15/08 and the last drawing on or about 7/8/09. The first winner will be drawn at random from the pool of participants who registered between 10/13/08 and 11/14/08. The remaining challenges will take place as follows:
    • Physical activity challenge #1 - 11/22/08 through 1/12/09
    • Physical activity challenge #2 - 1/15/09 through 4/8/09
    • Physical activity challenge #3 - 4/14/09 through 7/7/09

    Entries for one (1) drawing will not carry forward to subsequent drawings. Eligible participants may enter once during each applicable Entry Period. All drawings will be conducted by Sponsor. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified via e-mail. The inability of Sponsor to contact a winner and/or failure of winner to respond within a reasonable time period (as set forth in the prize notification) or a prize or prize notification being returned as non-deliverable, may result in disqualification and, at Sponsor's discretion, an alternate winner being selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received for the entry period at issue.   4. ELIGIBILITY: This contest is intended for Hemophilia A patients and their parents/guardians or caregivers only. Non-Hemophilia A patients/consumers are permitted to register on this website and participate in the challenges, however they will not be entered into the sweepstakes to win a Nintendo® Wii™ Gaming System. Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who have Hemophilia A and are 18 years or older, or have permission from a legal parent or guardian. Sweepstakes void outside the specific area stated above and where prohibited. Employees (and members of their immediate family and household) of Sponsor, its agents, advertising and promotion agencies, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not eligible to participate. For these rules, immediate family means husband or wife, father, mother, sisters, brothers, sons and daughters regardless of where they reside.   5. GENERAL: Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. In entering, winners warrant and represent that they have the right to enter this contest and that they have the right to participate. If winner is under the age of 18, prize will be awarded in parent or legal guardian's name and parent or legal guardian must also sign all forms. Failure to comply with any rules of this contest or failure to return any of these forms will result in an alternate winner being selected. No transfer or substitution of a prize permitted, except that Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of comparable value if any prize cannot be awarded as described. By entering, you agree to abide by these Official Rules and also the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the contest.
